What payment methods do you accept ?

How do I make an order ?
Just follow the simple instructions to complete the Order Form. Choose the general type of traffic that you want (e.g. redirected visitors), then choose the volume, category, campaign length etc. as prompted on the Order Form. The total cost will then be calculated. Just fill in the account details and then click the Payment button to make payment for your order through Paypal.
Why should I use TrafficJack compared to other traffic services ?

available. What we can say is that we are a legitimate and professional

What is “CPM” ?
This is an abbreviation used to refer to the “cost per thousand”. This is the way that web traffic is normally quoted so that the cost can be determined for various campaign sizes. For example if a CPM of $4.60 were quoted, then an order of 10,000 visitors would cost $46.00.
Can you help me understand all the different terminology used ?

Do you use SPAM or other unscrupulous techniques ?
No, definitely not ! The visitors that we deliver are legitimate. We never send out mass emails, post to newsgroups, or use any type of robotic clicking. The visitors are real users who will actually see your site. We never pay users or trick them to visit your site either.
Do you guarantee delivery of the traffic ?
Yes, we guarantee that your traffic will be delivered within the timeframe specified. On very rare occasions, the demand for traffic may slow delivery for specific campaign types. If this ever happens, we will happily refund your account pro-rata for the traffic that was not delivered within the campaign period or make alternative arrangements with you.
How long does it take to deliver my traffic ?
While most campaigns are quoted as 30 days, the traffic will normally be delivered much sooner than that. You can even control the speed of the traffic delivery for many of the campaign types. For a small extra premium, 7-day campaigns are also available.
How do you keep your prices so cheap ?
We have developed relationships over several years with a lot of the major traffic networks worldwide. This means that we can provide web traffic at very competitive prices. Even the redirected visitors that we can provide from expired domains, while more costly to provide than other forms of traffic, we continue to offer at basically wholesale-level prices.
What categories can you target to ?
We pride ourselves on offering the largest range of categories anywhere on the net. For our quality redirected traffic we currently offer over 160 different targeting categories (see our Categories page). We can also organise country specific campaigns for most countries. Do you offer stats to keep track of my campaign ?
Yes. When your order is processed, we will provide information on how to access your specific campaign details and stats.
Are there restrictions on the content of my site ?
While the majority of sites would be acceptable, there are certain types of sites that are restricted due to the arrangements in place with our various traffic networks. Restricted sites include anything that could be deemed to be illegal or containing inappropriate content for a general audience. This would restrict any type of hate text or any site promoting illegal activities. Adult-type sites are permitted providing that the relevant adult category traffic is ordered. Please check with us if you’re not sure whether your site would be restricted in any way.
Am I allowed to have a PopUp on my site ?
Websites to receive our traffic are not allowed to have a PopUp
(such as for a newsletter subscription or an exchange program)
attached to their site for most of the traffic types available
(see our Terms of Use). There are however campaigns specifically
available for sites that contain PopUps. We have campaigns available
for sites that have 1 PopUp and even special campaigns that allow for
unlimited PopUps.
A PopUp is classified as any page that generates from your
“landing page” and includes PopUps, PopUnders, Fly-ins etc. If you’re
unsure about your site, then please check with us before making your
order.
Do PopUp killers have an effect on my traffic campaign ?
Definitely not. While PopUp killers and similar software continue to be developed and used worldwide, a visitor is not counted as part of your campaign if the site is not actually viewed.
What conversion rate can I expect ?
This is not something that we can necessarily answer as it depends
on numerous factors including your product, sales copy, competition
etc. These factors are not something that we can control, so we are
not in a position to indicate how the visitors we send to your site
will respond to your product or services.
It is important to remember that the cost of traffic is generally
one of the cheaper advertising options available and, depending on
the product/service you offer, only a relatively small conversion
rate will more than cover the cost of the traffic package. Regardless
of your sites conversion rate, our web traffic is also a great way
to increase recognition of your brand in whatever market you’re hoping
to target.
Do you guarantee that I’ll make sales ?
No. As mentioned above, sales from your website will depend on various factors that are out of our control. We can certainly guarantee to provide all the visitors covered by your traffic order however it’s up to you to convert these visitors into sales.
What page should I get the traffic directed to ?
Most customers will prefer to get their traffic directed to their
home page as this normally contains details of the product/service
offered and provides some level of sales copy to gain the interest
of visitors.
To maximise the benefits of your traffic campaign you may want to
consider preparing a specific ad page that makes a special offer or
otherwise attracts the attention of each visitor. We would be happy
to provide advice about your specific advertising requirements if
required.
What happens if there’s a discrepancy between my campaign stats and my traffic counter/server logs ?
It is not uncommon for a discrepancy to occur between the campaign stats and other traffic counters or server logs. There are various reasons for this occurring including differences in how the various monitoring systems actually work in recording visits particularly with high traffic volumes. Also certain types of traffic (like PopUnders) will not register on your site but rather visitors will be shown a full-page view of your site. Sometimes a PopUnder for example may be closed by a visitor before it is properly loaded and this may not be reflected in your stats but will be reflected in ours. The stats that we provide will accurately reflect the actual times that your site has legitimately been shown to a unique visitor through our dedicated traffic network.
Is the traffic really targeted ?
Yes, this is a big priority to us and is the reason we provide such a massive list of possible categories to target traffic to. Apart from the list of categories that we have available, we will also arrange for your site to be individually assessed after you have made an order to ensure that the most relevant traffic is directed to it.
Where do all the visitors come from ?
As previously mentioned, we attempt to provide the best quality traffic
available anywhere. We also continue to review our traffic sources and
evaluate the various traffic networks.
Our clients have continually had success with the redirected visitors
that we can provide from expired domains (see below). The other types
of traffic that we can provide come from numerous popular sites
worldwide that are part of our advertising networks.
How does the Expired Domain Traffic work exactly ?
We have partnered with a large network of sites that have been acquired specifically to provide traffic to websites in various categories. These domains were previously owned by other people but then not renewed at some point. These expired domains still generate traffic as they may have been listed in search engines or marketed in other ways. Ownership of the domain names is then acquired. We then arrange for the traffic that these sites still produce to be directed through our servers and then into the various traffic campaigns. This traffic is therefore very high quality and amazing value compared to other web traffic options.
Can I see a sample of an expired domain ?
This isn’t possible as the domains just redirect visitors to customers’ sites. If we were to provide you with a redirect domain you would just be automatically redirected to one of our customers websites that relate to that specific traffic type. This would breach the confidentiality of our clients and also allow potentially unscrupulous activity from competitors or even hackers. The confidentiality of our clients and security of our traffic networks are of prime importance so therefore we are not in a position to show you a redirecting domain. You can be assured that the traffic being provided is legitimate and the best quality available at all times.
I did not receive my login and password, what do I need to do ?
Following completion of your relevant details and successful processing
of your payment, you should receive an email acknowledging your order.
You will also receive an email (normally within 24 to 48 hours) that
confirms the processing of your order and commencement of your campaign. This email will also provide details for accessing all your campaign stats.
If you do not receive an email from us after making your order, please
contact us straight away. This can sometimes
occur if a different email address is provided when the order is made.
Do you have a Privacy Policy ?
Yes, we take your privacy very seriously. We have a clear Privacy Policy that documents the way that we protect your details.
