All orders placed through TrafficJack.com are subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms prior to placing an order. Once an order had been placed, it will be deemed that you have understood these terms. These terms and conditions are effectively an agreement between yourself and TrafficJack.com. Please contact us at anytime if you require clarification of any issue prior to placing an order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed as soon as possible (usually within 24 to 48 hours). An order cannot be cancelled once an order has been placed.
All traffic will be delivered in the manner ordered and to the website address requested. TrafficJack.com will not be held responsible for any error made in submitting an incorrect URL and will not refund or credit traffic provided to an incorrect URL. Any error made by TrafficJack.com in processing your order will of course be corrected or an appropriate refund provided.
PopUps
Our traffic campaigns do NOT allow campaign pages with any of the following:
The only exception to the above rule is the special campaigns that we provide that allow Popups (both 1 Popup campaigns and also unlimited Popups campaigns).
Please check with us if you are not sure about whether your site may be affected by any of the items not allowed. This is very important as any site deemed to be in breach of this rule will have their campaign terminated and will not be entitled to a refund of any kind. Note also that if one of the above is installed on the relevant URL at any time during the campaign, then your campaign will be cancelled immediately and you will not be entitled to a refund.
This rule must be strictly enforced as it relates to the agreements that we have in place with our various traffic networks worldwide.
Submission Error
We will deliver all ordered traffic to the URL submitted. If there is any error with the URL submitted, you will not hold TrafficJack.com or it's Partner Sites responsible for the error. You further acknowledge that you will not be entitled to any refund. If TrafficJack.com makes any error with respect to establishing the traffic campaign, we will of course refund your payment or make alternative arrangements to correct the error.
Downtime
We will not be held responsible for any problems, downtime or unavailability of your site during the course of the campaign. Any traffic delivered to your site during this downtime will not be credited or refunded. However, effort will be made to pause the campaign if possible should we be formerly notified by you of any problem.
Tracking
TrafficJack.com uses state of the art tracking systems to individually track all traffic campaigns. The client should note and understand that if the visitor viewing the relevant ad/site closes it before it finishes loading due to various factors out of our control, it may still count as an ad view on our system. This will be deemed to be a visitor sent to your site and therefore we have fulfilled our obligation. Your website statistics may not reflect this scenario.
TrafficJack.com has no control over the acts or viewing habits of the individuals viewing your site and will not be held responsible for these actions. When you purchase a campaign you understand and agree that the statistics system utilized by TrafficJack.com will serve as the official record of traffic delivered.
Clients should understand that traffic counters on your site might not accurately represent the number of visitors sent to your site. This is due to the large amounts of traffic sent to the site in a relatively short timeframe.
Limited Guarantee
TrafficJack.com is not able to guarantee sales or signups for your site and will not issue a refund if none are achieved or generated. We do guarantee to send the required number of visitors to your site and this is the only guarantee that we provide.
Rights
Clients may not sell, assign or transfer any of the rights or services related to orders or membership without the prior approval of TrafficJack.com.
Inappropriate Content
Traffic Jack.com will not promote sites with content that may be inappropriate, illegal or offensive to a general audience. Attempts to circumvent this rule will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
We will not deliver general traffic to sites containing inappropriate content unless you specifically order casino or adult traffic. Inappropriate content when delivering traffic includes, but is not limited to, adult content, hate text, illegal content (in the US or any other country) and content that encourages illegal activities or violence. TrafficJack.com will have the right in its discretion to determine what constitutes inappropriate content.
We will review your site before beginning the campaign. If your site is changed during the campaign so that it then includes inappropriate content, your campaign will be cancelled immediately and you will not be entitled to a refund.
Jurisdiction
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable by any jurisdiction or government agency having jurisdiction, that particular provision will be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make the provision valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Binding
The Client agrees to these terms of service and understands that they are legally binding.
